Re-Stucco

First, the project will involve excavating around the foundation to create a trench. Next, the deteriorating stucco will be carefully detached from the walls. Following this, the entire home will undergo a thorough power wash to ensure a clean surface. The removed stucco will then be patched using a brown coat/ AC100 mix. Next, wallease and mesh will be applied to the entire house for added reinforcement. Afterwards, a primer will be rolled onto the entirety of the house to prepare the surface. Finally, the application of colored synthetic stucco will complete the process, leaving the home with a fresh and durable finish.

New Construction

First, the project will involve excavating around the foundation to create a trench. Next, two-ply 60-minute tar paper is applied for water proving and chicken wire is wrapped around the house, with metal light being applied around window and door frames. A stucco base coat is then applied to the house. The house a damped a total of three times to make the brown coat stronger. A week is allowed for the brown coat to crack to avoid any cracks showing during the coloring process. A synthetic color coat is finally applied leaving the home with a fresh and durable finish.
